YOU MAY RETURN A PRODUCT WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. You have not used the product.
2. There is no visible damage to the product or clear signs of use.
3. The product and all parts that go with it are returned in the same condition as it was sent to the customer.
4. We will reduce the amount to be credited if: Products are damaged by the user or on the way back to us.
5. The packaging material is 100% in order.
6. The returned products must be in the same condition as they left our warehouse.

WHEN CAN A PRODUCT NOT BE RETURNED

• When the product has been used. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept used products for return.
• When the seal of a jar or packaging has been broken.
